Me and my fiancé went for an ice cream tasting session with Kathryn from Ruby's Ice Cream ahead of them catering for our upcoming wedding. Kathryn had prepared a range of flavours that we had requested, plus some others that she wanted us to try. All of the flavours were delicious with some really unique combinations - we particularly like the rhubarb and custard and my fiancé said the marmalade reminded him of being at his grandparents house when he was younger! The session was a great experience and we're really looking forward to having Ruby's Ice Cream at the wedding!
