Anne Rogers Virtual PA

I met Anne at a Chamber of Commerce networking event about four years ago. I am a Trustee of a local charity called Workcare (Coventry and Warwickshire). We supply chaplains to places of work [such as Jaguar Land Rover, The Ricoh Arena and a number of the blue light services] and run job clubs for those seeking work. Shortly after meeting Anne, we had retirements of two key staff at Workcare. Between the two of them they covered 90% of the administrative tasks, so I arranged a meeting with Anne and the chair of our board and we duly appointed her as our VPA. Anne has confidently and efficiently taken over the running of the day to day tasks, meeting arrangements, agendas, minutes etc and has organised an ancient filing system by using Dropbox, so that all the Trustees can easily access the documents and spreadsheets which we need to keep the charity running smoothly. Shortly after Anne started, our long-standing chair stepped down and Anne has become the “glue” which keeps the triumvirate of trustees, now running Workcare, together. Anne is very thorough, has a great eye for detail and is what I like to call a “completer/finisher” – when she starts something it gets done! She is working with confidential information for us and is highly reliable and trustworthy. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her to you.
