Absolute disgrace. LEGALLY ALLOWED to be open for click and collect. My daughter has a present stuck there for click and collect for her BIRTHDAY and they can't even be arsed to bring it to the door. Hope people remember how they are treated by these companies during this and treat them as ordinary on the other side. Unless this company contacts me directly to show a shred of customer service I will never use them again
