I Ordered a helmet through Ebay, Which was fantastic value you for money, Just after ordering I saw the same helmet but in a different colour called up and they changed the colour no problem. when the helmet came it didn't have the pin lock again no problem they sent is straight out. The service has been excellent. I will be purchasing more from HGB and will not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Steve Great communication and Service.

The sales team are nice enough, but the guys in the workshop are rude, and incompetent. I bought a brand new CBF125 back in 2012 and had no end of troubles. Anyway, against my better judgement I decided to purchase a second hand bike from here around April sort of time. I had no end of problems, and it went back and forth from them to me, and they still couldn't fix it. They completely fobbed me off when I said the speedo wasn't working, and they claimed it was working fine. Also how they passed it through an MOT is beyond me. I basically got fed up, then lockdown happened, so I had to fix it myself as it was absolutely not in a state to ride. Just an FYI. I had to replace the front wheel bearings, replace the fork seals (as they were leaking all over the place on both sides!), the pickup sensor, I've also had to replace the CDI, along with the barrel, keys antenna, etc etc because of a fantastic bodge job on the electrical system which would have been spotted had they actually bothered to look into why the speedo was not working. Fortunately I know how to fix these problems, but I've still had to spend a whole load of money to get the bike into a state where it's safe to ride. Also, it was supposed to have a new battery installed, but didn't. I should have learnt my lesson the first time, but I thought buying a second hand bike with a fresh MOT would be relatively safe. If they had actually taken it for a test ride to check these issues (like they said they had) it would have been fairly obvious that things were wrong, even for most uninitiated motorcyclists, and mechanics.

Bought a VFR 1200 F-D from HGB. Initial discussion with Phil, who was very helpful and provided pictures of bike. Later dealings with Ian who gone out of his way to answer all my questions provided more pictures and a video describing the good and bad points. Knew exactly what I was buying and in what condition. The bike was delivered by Danny. Excellent service from all thee these guys and have no hesitation in recommending HGB Motorcycles for any new or used bike
