I did EFT with Tonia and it was incredible to go through. Tonia is extremely professional but relates to you personally very well. We managed to go really deep into the issues I was having and releasing energy through tapping (something which I never thought I would say!) was really helpful. We also did a matrix reimprinting where we changed a memory and it actually worked better than I could ever have hoped for! Thank you so much Tonia for your hard work with me.

I would recommend Tonia, I had tightness in my hamstring and a stiff lower back. Tonia sessions helped reduce both and I am now walking and moving pain free.

Since meeting Tonia I can honestly say my life has changed!!! I had EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) sessions with Tonia and it was one of the most freeing and healing experiences I have ever had. I had been through 3 years of talking therapy with different therapists in the past, and Tonia helped me reach a deeper place of healing within myself after just the first session. I highly recommend Emotional Freedom Technique to anybody who feels they are holding on to difficult or buried emotions. Tonia has a natural way of creating a nonjudgmental, accepting and safe space to heal.
