Placed a small order on April 21 2015 - money taken from my account. Received an email stating "We want to let you know that your order has been received and will be processed as soon as possible." It's now nearly July and no delivery. They don't answer emails and their phone seems to have been cut-off. Small Claims Court next!!

A top notch product that is all of own manufacture, the product is the best I have watched the manufacture ,packaging and and the quality control tests myself! it really is THE best! , they have had a few contact problems in recent years due to them moving slowly out of the UK but now they are set up in Bulgaria I am assured they will start supplying retail again soon instead of me finding them at shows, I tried another brand last year in part it was due to my annoyance with the contact problems but never again , the other stuff was rubbish!. nothing can beat this brand of adhsives in any way!

Stephen Osborne , you are obviously writing yet another scam review....probably paid for by someone.....most probably someone in the UK model trade selling adhesives ( yes....we know who you are!) we have NO methods of taking money from you, the shop has been closed for orders since February while we relocate with no methods for you to pay us....and no methods for us to take your money.....and no way for you to make an order...... as you can give us no payment details and we do not take credit cards....(we give free credit! and only take payment after order ), Stephen Osborne you will be hearing from our lawyers about your fraudulent review!....Regards....Dr. William Hesketh

Bought their lightweight filler for RC planes at a recent model air show. On opening tub found filler to be dry & flaky & would not stick. Since ordered glues that took weeks to arrive. Have tried since to contact them about filler but not able to contact them by phone, email, Facebook. Best avoided

I just stumbled upon this web page after looking to see if the company was still trading. About 2 years ago I ordered about 60 of goods and paid online(when their website was working). It was stated on their website that the goods would be sent tracked or recorded delivery - I can't remember which. After 2 weeks I rang to chase (their phone line also worked back then) as I had not received the items or an email to advise posting. I subsequently tried ringing the company several times but never got answer as to when it was posted, or an offer to re-send. I then sent a recorded delivery letter to Mr Hesketh with my order details which I had printed-out when I ordered, asking for the shipping details.. No response. As there was nothing more I could do living 250 miles away I put a posting on the BMFA classified website asking if others has had any problems - and stating the EXACT facts. I then received a threat of court action, exactly as has been posted elsewhere in the other comments. I not going to add anything more as I'm going to keep things entirely legal but I think you can draw your own conclusions about this company from this and the other comments! No doubt this will draw another tirade of court action threats from Mr Hesketh and this all being lies etc.... I notice that they run a stand at the BMFA power nationals each year - maybe I will pay them a visit in 2017 when its next run? n.b. The one star is because you have to add it to leave a comment. Over to you Mr Hesketh - I think we can all guess what you're going to say.......

I made an order on 24th April and receipt was acknowledged. As it had not arrived by May 3rd I wrote to cancel the order. On 19th May I got an email to say the item had been dispatched! It finally arrived on June 9th (with a note on the invoice explaining that it had to be redelivered as the first goods were damaged in the post). There was an explantion about being trapped in Europe by floods, so they were behind on orders. I can appreciate such things really hindering a small company / operation, but the service was pretty awful. They do not take money until the goods are delivered which is a positive thing, but on the other hand when you make an order you usually expect a well expedited service. I still bought the goods (as I can always find a use for the product), but I will never use this company again.

Ordered on 7th February, tried to ring several times but phone just rings so I emailed on 18th (to which I got no reply) and part of my order has just arrived (27th) No paperwork or email to say why only part has been delivered. Their communication skills are zilch!!
