I bought a pair of Sneaker 22 In The Grenson sale. I had an issue with the back of the right shoe that resulted in a huge blister. I contacted Grenson who asked me to return them (FREE). I received an e-mail to say that there indeed was a fault and that they would refund me without question. Lovely friendly customer service from the Ladies. I bought a Hamilton snuff suede loafer and they are gorgeous. Well done to all at Grenson.

Grenson is one of a number of shoe manufacturers based in Northamptonshire, a town in England with a long established tradition of producing leather goods, especially footwear. In my opinion the Northamptonshire shoe makers offer some of the highest quality shoes out there and the best value. Having been a wearer of Grenson, Loake and Cheaney shoes for a number of years I can vouch personally for the Goodyear welt construction and comfort of these handmade shoes. I bought my most recent pair of Grenson shoes, a pair of loafers, online from the Grenson website. Initially I had problems as the website appeared to have generated my delivery address incorrectly (I live in Hong Kong) but apparently someone at Grenson knew what was going on and 3 days later my shoes were delivered, well packaged and in perfect condition. All the while I was in regular correspondence with Grenson customer service who replied to my queries promptly and courteously. The shoes themselves, my first pair of loafers from Grenson are perfect - extremely comfortable from the first wear and appear to be extremely well-made. From their product through to their customer service, Grenson are doing a wonderful job of continuing the fine tradition of the Northamptonshire-based shoe manufacturers. Incredible quality shoes, that fit well and are as comfortable as slippers. Customer service team are amazing too. Easy and pleasant to deal with and made my life very easy after issues with the parcel's return via collect. Highly recommended and will be buying from them again. By far received the best customer service i've had in a long time. Resolved an issue with one of my purchases pretty quick; consistent communication, understanding and supportive. All-round focused on the customer which can be pretty void in most places (A* service) :)
Sold me a pair of shoes with a nail pertruding into the sole which caused me to injure my foot. Didn't even say sorry!
