I was skeptical..........but then their service engineer arrived Paul happy to help, nothing too much trouble, no sharp intake of breathes. He knew his stuff and he got ALL components, feeders, rollers etc working. Brilliant would recommend to anyone - reference component charges extra......wow 40 !! for something that hadn't worked for 2 years and I was told by previous company it was financially not viable. Excellent company. thank you Paul
