I've been wearing Steptronic Shoes for several years now. The shoes themselves are the first formal shoes I've found that require no to little breaking in at all. I always knew how good the shoes were but yesterday I found out just how good their service is. There was a small issue with an order I'd made (my fault) in terms of sizing. I needed the shoes replaced quickly for a wedding. Through talking with Joanne and the team they arranged for replacements to be issued immediately once I'd shown them proof of return. It was all handled with knowledge, humour and speed. First class!

COMPLAINT: I bought these Wislow shoes which are very badly made shoes that are not fit for purpose! Shoes should not be coming apart at the seams. I am really disappointed with these as I paid over 100 for quality. Clearly this is rubbish. Please give me my money back!

I used to suffer from the most horrendous plantar fasciitis and could not find any footwear comfortable enough for the daily commute to London that didn't cause me grief midway through the day. Then someone recommended Steptronic to me. I tried a pair (what did I have to lose?!). I am now on my 5th pair and wouldn't wear anything else. For any golfers out there, do you remember when you put on that first pair of Footjoys and they felt like slippers you'd had for years? Now multiply that feeling by 100! Seriously, if I sound like I am gushing, it's because I am! Great footwear, lovely company, great customer service.

Seriously comfortable shoes. Once broken in, they feel like trainers but look fantastic as formal shoes. Customer service is also 5*.

I have been wearing almost exclusively steptronic shoes since I discovered them back in 2010. I have 5 pairs at the moment. I just re-ordered my first pair after wearing them almost daily for 7 years. They finally need replacing but not because they need mending. I do a lot of exhibitions, standing up for 10 hours, or driving for many hours. They are just invaluable. You would probably accept buying a pair of shoes yearly for 30 but after 7 years that is 210. This quality lasts forever and will become your best value for money shoe purchase. I recommend them highly.
