I work with both Matt and Annita and have found them to be an extremely professional, caring couple. The studio is well equipped and has a great feel to it. Working with both of them is the best thing I have done in a long while and the resulting weight loss and fitness I have achieved is beyond what I thought was possible. I can't recommend them enough.

Great studio with some really good equipment. Really enjoy my workouts here, really noticing the difference in my body shape following the input and advice from Anita and Matt.
