We have used Ryan Property Law on two occasions, and on both times consider ourselves to have received excellent support in a timely manner. Most recently we moved during the winter of 2020 - a time when many solicitors were overrun with new cases. Whilst they were obviously busy they always answered the phone and responded to queries with clear and concise information. Linda in particular is clearly an expert in the field and helped advise us on several difficult issues. Compared to our buyers solicitor who was essentially absent during the process we felt ourselves glad to be with the professionals. Whilst we may not be moving again in the near future we would definitely strongly recommend them to anybody else considering moving.

General Enquiries

The worst solicitors I have ever come across. Neil Ryan is a rude, ignorant mummy’s boy that can’t make a decision without consulting with Linda. We were waiting for over 9 months for a contract to be completed chasing Neil constantly. He wouldn’t answer calls and asked his receptionist to say he was out of office even though we knew that was not true. He sporadically replied to emails with rude responses detailing how busy he was and his own self-importance. In the end we went with another solicitor who completed the contract in 1 week!

Brilliant service provided throughout in regards to the sale of our house. Rebecca our solicitor was prompt in getting back to us with any queries or problems, and never made me feel like I was a nuisance even though I would ring up most days checking on things.
