Recently purchased a multi stripe jacket from Osbornes Ryde and am delighted with the product. I was on holiday from Sheffield, in Sandown, and Mark arranged for his tailor to shorten the sleeves and for the jacket to be delivered to my hotel the same day. Excellent customer service not often found these days. Will certainly return to Osbornes next time I am visiting the Isle of Wight

Rudeness and lack of care. I was shocked how they spoke to me and the lack of customer care. Flinging hands in the air and saying it was not their responsibility is not really an appropriate response. Lying, well that's even worse.
What a joy it is to find a real gents outfitters with staff who know what they are doing. Excellent service from finding what you want to an outstanding alteration service. Staff are very friendly and helpful and do everything possible to make sure you find what you want and always ready to have a laugh and joke with you, really can't praise this store enough would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
Turned me down in a rude tone to have a suit jacket taken in two weeks before wedding and as I leave the shop can hear them complain about me. Little tip is to wait til the customer leaves before you have a good old moan about them, had the suit taken to a different shop got it done in a week.
