I have just taken delivery of my new Super Soco CUX and I can honestly say I have been delighted with every aspect, from start to finish. We visited the store in Rye and felt that nothing was too much trouble for Simon and Oliver, who took the time to answer all our questions and I don’t think there’s anything Simon doesn’t know about electric motorcycles and scooters! I ordered my new bike to come with a camera and as I was the first in the country to get it, the camera didn’t come with any instructions. This was pointed out to me on delivery and by the next working day, the staff at Rye had gone out of their way to get it for me and it works beautifully! The bike was presented to me in an absolute immaculate condition - I’ve had 9000 bikes that weren’t presented as perfectly - as was delivered spot on time with great communication regarding delivery time etc. I also REALLY appreciated the fact that they had left the protective film on the screen as well - a really thoughtful touch! All in all, a really good experience from placing my order to receiving my new bike under 3 weeks later and I absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company!
