Optimise is magnificent. Not just the therapy (which has been life-changing for me) but the whole experience. The entire staff make you feel welcome and valued. Five stars is not enough.

I suffered brain injury through a head on collision which involved me being in a coma someone died very serious am lucky to be alive !! Sue and her team have been a god send i have the up most respect for that woman and her team unreal she/they genuinely care about me physically and mentally she even helps me with different problems I have she's give me back my confidence everything she's all positive never negative never judged me always listens always gives the best advice even the equipment she's got me to help my body at home what a woman I have been in mental hospitals and brain hospitals which were a waste of time I wish I knew of optimise earlier then I did I still use optimise to this day and will for a long time
