Extremely poor customer service. The lack of professional approach to customers is at the top of the peak. Personal circumstances are brought in as an excuse into business. I took my jet wash to be repaired all the way from Bromley to Maidstone purely because the guy said he'd have a look at it the same day. Two weeks of chasing and nothing was done. Although I appreciate that there was a family loss, however, if that affects the business some measures should be put in place. Eventually, I collected it unrepaired. The person in charge was extremely rude and angry that I was inquiring about my jet wash that he promised to repair two weeks ago. Would not go back or recommend to anyone who is looking for a professional service.
