Safelincs Ltd have provided an excellent professional service to help us at Naomi House and Jacks Place Hospice replace our existing fire extinguishers with the new \service free\ P50 type both at The Hospice and in our chain of retail shops. Very helpful before, during and after installation offering help and advice and making slight changes to our order to help us once the installation was under way. Installation staff were efficient, clean and tidy and completed a great job within the time allocated.

Arrived when said. Now my house complies with the new Scottish regulations. Got them all to speak to each other on my second attempt. Easy attachment to wall and ceilings.

Package arrived in good time ‘though box was damaged. This a problem I think with courier Hermes. However alarms appear OK and just paired them after more than a few attempts. Customer services “on line live chat” was very helpful in this respect . Would have been five stars except for damaged package.
