We had 16 windows and french doors fitted we had an amazing fitter named Kyle he worked his socks off in this freezing cold weather he never moaned when we asked for things like the window sills to be smaller than the last ones. He didn’t skimp he did every single finishing touch even down to a good polish of the windows and cleaned the PVC safe style me excellent kind very helpful too, definitely recommend. Kyle also a very clean worker so organised did the whole job by him self and it was done in 3 days because he put all the hours in to get it done. So happy!

When I asked for a quote for a front door I received a call within minutes. I placed an order albeit I thought at an expensive price. The door failed to be delivered on the appointed day and I had a call at 8am telling me that the door was not in stock. This was after I rang the previous day to confirm delivery. I was told that I would have a repayment for the inconvenience. The door was delivered the following week. Minutes after the fitter left I saw that the door was not square in the frame so immediately called Safestyle only to be told I would have to wait 8 weeks for someone to call. I'm still waiting for my refund and a phone call. Customer service is non existant. Last time I will buy from this company.

There was a delay but under the current circumstances that is understandable. On the whole I had my two windows fitted and the installer did an excellent job. The windows are neatly fitted and look brilliant. So we'll done to the installer who was hardworking and knows his job.The installer was on his own and was very respectful of me as a householder. The house is now warmer and I now have a tilt and turn window installed for peace of mind. I can only praise the installer for a job well done. The only reason I have given 4 stars is due to the two week delay but I would give 5 stars for the installers excellent neat installation of my windows.

UPDATE.25.11.2020 I eventually got through on the phone early October and was told they would be with me on 23.11.20. I received a call from them the week before and asked the woman specifically that they knew what jobs needed completing etc and that they would have the right stuff to do this. She read the list to me which was correct. He arrived first thing on the day to look around and ask what needed going taking pictures of what they already know needs doing. Then left saying that he was not there to do the work. He had travelled overc3 hours to get to us. What an absolute joke. Now my next appointment is not until January. I am absolutely fuming. .. To start off I couldn't fault the fitters fitted 5 windows and 2 doors in one day no issues. However bathroom window was damaged and I had to wait for it to be replaced. Was told 2weeks heard nothing after 3. Phoned and they came a week later. Again fitter was lovely but didn't have all the trims and beading needed to complete the job. That was 4weeks ago and still nothing. Am left with exposed brickwork in bathroom and outside not fully sealed and covered. Also didn't have any window sills replaced and was told I should have ordered them as they are extra! Who knew sills weren't part of the whole window. When you're paying thousands you expect an excellent service . I am very unhappy with this company.

Utterly abysmal excuse of a company. Left faults in the windows and damaged a TV but have been ignoring calls and emails to rectify. Left scaffolding up for 2 weeks when should have been gone within a couple days. By far the worst service I've had in a long time. I cannot rate this company poorly enough.
