Sad to see so much bad publicity for this agency. I use them to care for my Dad who has dementia. I find all the care staff to be excellent, pleasant, caring and professional. There may be some issues with organisation but the important things like quality care are there. I do wonder if some users have unreasonable expectations of exactly what 'care' should be, they are professional skilled people not slaves or lackeys to be ordered around to do menial tasks.
