I found this place online after searching for somewhere that sold snap toggles individually (I kept finding them in very expensive packs of many when I only needed two and a spare just in case of mistakes). The order arrived quickly, and the delivery was, in my opinion, a reasonable price. I hadn't used snap toggles before, and realised I'd picked the wrong length of screws/bolts. I contacted customer service to arrange a return, and the customer service rep (his name was Mark) was so helpful and kind in sorting me out. I got the right screws in the end and was able to put up my shelf (the one in the middle) today. Thank you so much for all your help with everything, I'm glad I discovered this website and will be back when I have more DIY projects to sort out :)

Recently purchased 250mm stainless Steel timco fixings,very expensive when using them 1 snapped and the other one bent really poor quality. So decided not to use anymore, complained, eventually got refund and said they would test product and let me know and no surprise they didn't bother.Have phoned a few times today to speak to owner and was told he was dealing with another customer and would ring back .Two phone calls later same response ,poor customer service, poor products .Also funny how you can take the time to reply to my review but was always to busy to speak to a dissatisfied customer .NOT GOOD SERVICE.

Rude - unhelpful- arrogant- obviously doesn't want to help women- would never recommend to my friends in the trade - never been treated so badly by anyone!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE ! training needs to be explained to the person who served me !!

Tried to purchase items online. System forced me to request a quote. Quote was created and no response. Emailed sales team, no response. From reviews it looks like in store shopping is great. I wouldn't even bother with their online sales dept. at all. UPDATE: 08/19/2019 - After seeing the supplier's immediate response to my Google review I reached out to them as recommended. No response back. To me it seems like they are just trying to save face on their Google review but never had intention of helping me. I stand by my original review.
