Delivered by DPD which is always a good start, the three rolls of PLA filament ordered each come in resealable plastic bags with a huge desiccant bag. Upon first inspection, the filament isn't as uniformly wound as with other manufacturers which has lead to a tangle and subsequent snapping of the filament. However, I have also had tangled filament from spools that have been wound uniformly, so it is likely the tangling problem is from the positioning of the spool on my printer. Ordering from the website is very easy with competitive prices, though do watch out as some filaments come in 0.75kg spools.
bought some PLA from here a little while back only just got round to putting it on, its vacuum packed with silica gel so it stays nice and dry also has a sturdy box nothing more annoying than getting a damaged spool, so far its a nice clean print bed temp 60 nozzle temp 198 (these are the settings i find work for me yours may differ) i like to buy local yes you can get cheap PLA on amazon or ebay but believe me the amount you will waste you may as well buy from here for a few quid more, overall im very happy with the quality and consistency and will be buying more pictures to follow
Ordered PLA filament of various colours. Very happy with the service, free shipping over 30 and very well priced filament, being manufactured in the UK I feel they can be trusted on quality and tolerances. All pieces I have tested so far have been well within tolerance and resulted in very nice consistently good prints using generic PLA settings. Would love to see some more colours as at this is likely to be the first place I go for filament.
