AVOID! We brought our woodburner from here a few months ago a beautiful cream ashcott, we thought we were doing right by purchasing locally from a small family run business. how wrong were we! Awful service no customer care what so ever the husband was so rude no small business customer appreciation at all ! Our fire paint bubbled and chipped off after first lighting (we followed the instructions and have always owned log burners) we contacted them for help we got none, no compensation, no apology in fact they stopped replying until i walked into store ! we got a very disgruntled response of we will fix your fire - i rather he didnt bother as he came to repaint and its honestly the worst job ive every seen he has missed patches, got paint over our whole fireplace the flue its shocking. I messaged regarding this and have to this date no response and i doubt i will hear from them again. ive received no good will gesture nothing! i would 100% AVOID spend your hard earned money elsewhere !! im so very disappointed.
