Our time at Cotna was a really unforgettable experience. Staying in a yurt was exciting and comfortable. The beautiful grounds and sustainable ethos made for the perfect escape from everyday busy life. Not having a car was not an issue with lots of nearby things to do (including a lovely walk to the coast) as well as public transport to other tourist spots like the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Eden Project and Mevagissey. There are nearby options for food such as a local post office and a pub, however more often than not we made use of the Cotna's very own food hampers which were fresh and delicious. Sara and Dave were very warm and friendly (as were the cotna pets) - would love to come back again sometime!

What a wonderful place to visit. Incredible organic food production with beautiful yurts and other accommodation. The perfect place to relax, explore and catch up with yourself.

A very special place run by lovely people. Highly recommend their hampers (so many extra touches like homeade cordial and salad dressings) and swimming in the sea at vault beach which is a great walk from the yurt.

Great place to get away from it all and enjoy the peace and serenity of the Cornish countryside. Sara and Dave are great hosts and provided just the right balance between attention and giving guests space to relax. Highly recommended.

Cotna is a hidden gem! It's like walking into a little green (literally and figuratively) paradise, greeted by cats, kittens and the friendliest dogs in the world and surrounded by the stunning Cornish landscape! Sara and Dave are superb hosts and they have made Cotna into a very special place one definitely should visit - it is so inspiring to see what they have accomplished here and there's so much to learn from them and their lifestyle! Beautiful place, plants and people (and fresh sourdough bread mhhhhhh)- gotta love it there!

Amazing place! We stayed in a yurt, just us in a meadow of wild flowers and newly planted apple trees. We were minutes from a walk through Cotna's woodland and into yet more meadows. We elected to have a breakfast "hamper", fresh bread, eggs, jam, apple juice and fruit. All from the Cotna gardens! The whole eco setup fitted in with our values nicely, from the composting toilets to the chance to try a (hot) hedgerow shower. Plus, most importantly, it is so peaceful, unspoiled and is a true retreat. Thoroughly recommended! Simon & Rosie

This is a very special place, the kind of place where you arrive and you feel no need to leave as it gives you everything you've been searching for. Its a beautiful little valley with its own natural springwater filtered through all of the taps and food grown on its own soil with the love of Sara & Dave and the people who help on the land. We left feeling nourished and inspired and I attended a mini yoga retreat there which was just lovely. Highly recommend if you want to connect back into nature and take some time out. We stayed with our baby Hari and all of us loved the Cotna experience. There are beautiful walks to the sea and nearby villages too but you can really just relax, check out the animals, forage and cook the lovely food grown in Cotna. Highly recommend all of the food hampers for breakfasts and dinners and Dave's homebrew cornish cider!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Cotna and general mooching about - and what a lovely view from up by the massage hut! The Yurt was wonderful for both of us and our dog. And I loved the spacious shower cabin. We had the best time at Cotna and walking to beaches around and about. It's one of those places we'd love to go back to.
