Dean did a proper boiler service and urgent safety repair for us. Took him seconds to see where a certain large national company's previous \service\ had not done the job. Clearly explained and showed us everything that was needed and why, and went out of his way to sort it out quickly and at a very VERY reasonable price. Dean is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and reliable, turning up when he said he would and calling in advance to let me know he was on his way. I highly recommend him and will definitely be booking him in for next year's service!
We were looking to have our complete central heating system replaced. DBD was recommended to us, so we telephoned and spoke to Dean. Dean came around to see us to find out exactly what we wanted and gave us a very competitive quote which we agreed to. A few weeks later Dean phoned us to say that he could fit us in in a couple of weeks. That couple of weeks has now passed by and Dean arrived and because it was a big job, was ably assisted by Dan. We are extremely pleased with the work that has been carried out. Dean and Dan were polite, jovial and very efficient in the way they carried out this work. I had a few questions to ask while the work was being carried out and they were answered thoroughly. Having your house disrupted while living there is never pleasant but I felt very confident in the way the work was carried out. The mess was kept to a minimum and everyday they always made sure that they cleaned up after themselves before leaving. They removed all of the old equipment and waste so we did not have to worry about that. A quick mention also to Billy of AllTru who carried out the electrical work, again very polite and professional. I would thoroughly recommend DBD Plumbing and Heating and we are very pleased that we chose them.
