This shouldn't even get one star I have been waiting on the phone for over one hour to sort my tax out cause I'm being charged to much..and now have to go to work it's bloody ridiculous how they can charge you to phone them when they don't even answer the phone. I'm not happy at all

Absolutely dreadful, I have been left waiting on phone for at least 20 mins , with a voice interruption of ' thanks for waiting , one of our advisors will be with you shortly' This should be a no star rating
