We have been looking for a hot tub for a while now and got fed up with the confusing online prices and quality so we went here and the guy we saw was so helpful and had a lot of time for us to discuss the varied options and helped narrow down what were after. He was also not dismissive of other companies or options which I always feel goes a long way to trusting someone, if they just pick fault with everyone else's products then you can't really trust what there saying! We have not brought one yet but we are now much clearer on what we're looking at thanks to our visit here.

After looking at and visiting several Hot Tub companies, we decided on Cornish Hot Tubs for our new Hot Tub. The show room at Indian Queens was well laid out over 2 floors and we were invited by Tim Roberts, to try out any of HotTubs on display. When, after discussing our needs, and listening to Tim’s explanation of each item, we decided to purchase the Pendeen HotTub. We chose our preferred colour decided on delivery date pending on a survey of our house. It was decided that a crane would be needed because of the elevation of our property. The date of delivery was decided in conjunction with the Crane Hire Company. On the day in question, Mat and Ian from Cornish Hot Tubs turned up an hour early and started work on the Hot Tub, with the extra insulation that we ordered. The Crane also turned up early & prepared the Crane for the lift. The lift went as expected & the Hot Tub was positioned in accordance with our instructions & filled. When all was completed, and the boys well catered for, Mat ran through all the instructions for us. Both the Crane crew & Cornish Hot Team were very professional in their individual jobs. Thanks Mat & Ian for the cascade of questions levied at them & also to Tim Roberts in pointing us in the right direction.
