CGL has been amazing i was addicted to codeine CGL give me help n support to stop this. I can not recommend the staff enough ever one of the staff are polite and professional. I was given a drug worker who as helped me loads I was also given counselling which was a huge help n a lovely woman to work with. CGL as been given a bad name for some reason but it is not just for help with alcohol or drugs people can be addicted to anything. I think it is about time that the staff at CGL get the respect that they deserve because they work very hard n some nights stay late to help people. If I had not gone to CGL when I did I would be dead to the amount of codeine I was taking they saved my life n give me a new one and I am very great full for this. Also I would like to thank the doctor for all the help n support I was given prescription wise. Thank you CGL for everything I am also still in contact with my drug worker and councilor they have worked hard with me and I would like to thank everyone at CGL for all the help n support I was given and still receiving. Please if u have a problem and need help pick the phone up r pop in and get the help they are amazing even the clients are amazing opening doors for u saying hello and this makes a big difference because we are all there for the same reason. I am so proud of my self on how far I have come with the help of CGL and my councilor thankyou xxx

Friendly staff who make you feel comfortable and are easy to talk to. There are plenty of self help groups you can attend on a daily basis starting from 9 till 5. This place is a good starting point for anyone thinking about recovery.
