The manager Sam I dealt with was snotty, and serious attitude problems. Staff and customers don’t follow social distancing. Will not return here again.

If I could give zero stars then I would. I will never shop at this store ever again. After adhering to strict social distancing rules due to having a vulnerable person and newborn baby at home, I am appalled at both fellow customers and believe it or not members of staff. Whilst patiently waiting in the queue, a rather brazen and snobbish woman invaded my personal space, claiming a member of staff had granted her permission to do so, in order to allow her to pick something from the rails by the tills. A row then ensued during which the member of staff indeed confirmed she had granted her permission to do it. What chance of surpressing this deadly virus have we got if people carry on with this couldn't care less attitude without thinking. The member of staff was a woman with dark hair. She should be ashamed of herself and so should the store. No wonder St Helens is in tier 3!!!!!

Hi all was looking for shorts white asked a member of staff for help was most helpfull in showing what shorts in my size where in stock and that if did not have my size I could order online but had my size got two pairs very happy shopper

I came and found some clothing for work in the sale section. Now I wished to purchase but I NEED to try clothes on due to my shape. Unfortunately due to C19 the fitting rooms are out of order totally understandable... but when I asked a young girl what the situation would be if I took the items home to try on she said you would only be able to get store credit... Now I dont find this fair. There is no facility to try on in store to make sure I got the right size so I am forced to try on at home... Therefore if I want to purchase these items Id have to accept the chances of being left with store credit. I dont shop here often at all, and I am quite annoyed that this is the only option given.
