Would give this less than 1 star if I could. Started building work at 5:30am on a weekday and are very rude - were asked twice by different people why they had started so early (one of these people being the customer they are doing work for!) and rude answers, laughed and carried on drilling. Contacted the owner of the business to say work is permitted 8am - 6pm and he said the council had told him to start at 6am (started at 5:30 so still too early if the council had said that) the owner then decided to hang up on me and the work continued. Extremely rude, do not care for customer experience as they were rude to their customers who they are doing the work for when they asked them to stop - he actually contacted the police about it. Would not recommend.

Rubbish supposed to take scaffolding next day 8 days later it's still there despite numerous phone calls resulting in unable to park car on drive or put up post box
