This landlord is only interested in your money, he does not want to maintain his properties, he will use bullying and intimidation tactics once you have a complaint. St Helens environmental health have several open cases on the WA10 developments, ring them for yourself, better still walk around the developments. Communal doors unsecured, fire risks, waste water leaks, police raids to name a few. In many years of privately renting this is the most horrendous experience I have ever encountered.
