They are a disaster. I deliver with Deliveroo and have waited over 40 mins for food to then be told they’ve made the order wrong and they are going to have to make it again. They are unprofessional, shout between them in the kitchen, no masks worn during a pandemic while making food. A disgrace.

Ordered 2 pizzas with bbq sauce and there is no sauce whatsoever. Called to report this and that said that would make them again after saying that they put sauce. We did not want to wait again. Not impressed.

Waited 3.5 hours for 2 pizzas! Wouldn't expect this service from a local takeaway nevermind pizza hut. If you're too busy to deliver the order within a reasonable amount of time, don't accept the order!!
Extremely poor service. Monday night and it took 2 hours to deliver a pizza. Constantly trying to call but no answer. So I actually went to the shop. Inside there were only 3 staff and loads of waiting orders. The staff looked like they didn't want to be there and the phone was ringing the whole time I was there and nobody picking up. Guess it was all of the other people wondering where their orders were! All the girl at the counter could say was 'I dont know what to say to you' , no apology, no offer of a discount or even a refund. I could see she had been through enough tonight already, just as another angry person entered for the same reason. Culture like that comes from the management so I'm not blaming the kids working there. Whoever is managing that branch needs to sort themselves out. I wont be coming back though. I'd rather go and collect from the main resturant next to the cinema. Shame...
