I went into this Totally Wicked shop in St Helen's this afternoon to get pods for my Byte E Pod he knew that it was for a Byte epod that I had even though I didnt say that is what it was for. He informed me off an offer on 5 packs of epods and told me I would get a 25% saving as they have a bank holiday special on he was very professional and polite. He told me about the Totally Wicked Loyalty Programme which I wasn't aware of before today. I joined the loyalty programme there and then anything to save a bit of money and to find out about any new products that might be available that I may be interested in. They also offer free e liquid if you leave a review on google I think or in my case free epod pack. I would recommend this store as I found the customer service I experienced second to none.
