Fantastic service as always , just received our 4 order from this company (bulk bags logs plus kindling etc) and as with the others no problems with the orders or products, and again a same day delivery. Recommended

I have used this company a few times with no issues and was very impressed. However, I placed a 100 telephone order with this company a couple of weeks ago and was told to expect delivery on the Saturday. They didn’t turn up. I only live 10 minutes away from them, so it’s not like they were going far. I spoke with the guy over text message who apologised for the oversight. I explained I was now out of fuel for the fire so needed the logs ASAP and he advised he could deliver them the following week on the Saturday. Again, they didn’t turn up. I had no contact from the guy I dealt with and so on the following Monday I cancelled my order and purchased from elsewhere - further away and cheaper too.
Love this place! Love the people! Love the dog! And even love the plants.
