A great service and professional throughout. We contacted Pinnacle for quote via email and received a reply within the day. Although clearly busy Andrew booked us in for a quote that Saturday. He was thorough, asked questions and inspected the roof requiring repair. His quote was competitive and he explained the remedial work required. The next week he performed all the work quickly and with no fuss and also suggested other work he’d spotted that may require addressing in the future (but with no attempt to sell us on this immediately). Overall we were very happy with the professional service and cost.
