Rang for taxi 535pm wed night told be 15min wanted half hour rang got told o it's way 1hour later no taxi so I cancelled them no apologies nothing . I got another taxi better service not be using these anymore

My experiences with 24-7 this past week or so have been quite the opposite of many other reviewers here so I'm struggling to understand some of their negative reviews. Yes its true sometimes cabs are delayed but there are numerous road works in this area and have been for many long months now, causing huge queues and holding drivers up all over town every day how they have the patience to deal with it every single day is beyond me. My recent experiences have been nothing but good, particularly coming at a time when I was in very serious need of a reliable/helpful cab service. Having recently had an extremely painful back injury and pretty much unable to walk or even stand up straight, these people have ferried me back and forth to clinics and doctors and so on and never later than 5-6 minutes from the agreed pick up times. I would like to thank all of the drivers I’ve used over this past 10 days or so for their patience and kindness. Most especially I'd to thank Connor in the office for his kind understanding attitude when I asked for help and transport. Mustafa one of the drivers for being so very kind and gentle in helping me in and out of the car and ensuring I reached to my front door safely. Thank you so much Mustafa. Last but very far from least, I'd like to thank Chloe in the office for her helpful kind caring manner when I needed help and HANS one of the drivers, who has a friendly warm personality and managed to cheer me up and make me smile in spite of the truly awful pain I was in. I want to thank him for his help and support in and out of the car and for carrying my very heavy shopping bags up the stairs to my flat for me. I could never have managed it myself. Hans you cannot imagine how very much I appreciated your help when I could do nothing at all for myself, as an elderly lady it meant so much to me. I give 24/7 5 Stars THANK YOU ALL AGAIN FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART.

I’ve used this company twice in the past month. They were helpful and kind and very very respectful and got me where I needed to go very quickly. I panicked bc of the virus but they were very understanding and were suitably equipped so there were no issues. I dont get the bad reviews. They were perfect xx

Really aggressive poor driving. I’m constantly seeing 247 taxis in the Hastings and Rother area parking wherever they like, speeding and trying to force other drivers off the road. Hopefully public licensing stops this awful behaviour.

Really unreliable- cancel their taxis without telling you. Have no idea as to their routes. Their drivers are menaces on the road and are continuously doing dangerous, inconsiderate manoeuvres, treating the Hastings area like their personal go cart track.
