Bought 2nd row seat risers for a defender 110. Paid and never received anything. I tried to contact them but they have no phonenr. I got email contact with sam once but after that never heart or received anything. NBOT TRUSTWORTHY !!!! Do not buy here

Although it took some time to have my custom order delivered, I'm really pleased with Sam and Kris. I had two items customised and I'm really happy with the quality and the designs. The communication went only by e-mail and was sometimes cumbersome, but only due to my impatience. Please bear with Sam and Kris as they are a small company. They really want to help out and will respond to your e-mails and inquiries. Don't yell at them ( like I did) and don't think they're out of business or don't want to help you out ( I've been there...). I hope they fix the 'wobble and squeak' that has kept their website down as of late and I would love to do business with them again in the future. Thanks again for the awesome products and I hope you will me have as a customer in the very near future again. Eli

I wanted to share my experiences here with other buyers so they are aware of what to expect from this company. I placed an order for a Defender Recovery Point with the site on May 9th, 2020. I did not receive an invoice in the email, which was odd, but on May 13th I received an email from Sam Hamilton, who I assume is the owner, saying that the shipment was delayed due to personal problems as well as Covid. That seemed fair, so I replied that that wasn't a problem. On June 4th, I emailed asking for an update, as well as used the contact form on their website but got no response. On June 24th, I emailed one last time, and then started an inquiry with my credit card provider. The item finally shipped on July 13th, 2 months after my order was placed, and I received it later in the month. In the meantime, I had placed an order for a similar part from a seller on EBay, and that had already arrived a couple days after my order. At this point, I'm stuck with a part that I don't really need, and of course the site is unresponsive about being able to return my item. A big red flag should be the fact that there is no phone number listed on their website for contact info. So it is impossible to get a hold of them. I fully understand that there could be delays in shipping during Covid, but the lack of communication makes this unacceptable. The fact that the owner has time to respond to reviews on Google but doesn't bother to answer their customer's emails is a real shame. Buyer beware. UPDATE (October 20th, 2020): After the owner replied to my review here, I emailed him twice (Sept 10 & Oct 5). He still hasn't made good on his claim that he will allow me to return the merchandise.
