Communication wasn't great, however I bought during lockdown, and although delivery took a while, all in all I am pleased with the purchase. Quality of product was spot on, price was better than anywhere else. Room for improvement is communication and perhaps a bit more customer care when placing an order...I ordered the bi-folds, not knowing that on the openings I had to add a bit more either side so it was an absolute nightmare to get them in.

I have never experienced such a great experience as I have done from the word go with Roofglaze from any other trade. My first contact was with Sam who led me through my options and went above and beyond to fulfil my expectations, he supplied me with two roof lanterns and two sets of bifold doors. On the day of installation a gentleman called Ian arrived and fitted both lanterns with no hassle and even to my amazement he took all the rubbish from packaging etc away with him. He then returned a few weeks later as agreed to install my bifold doors, this was amazing to watch, his attention to detail is superb, we have already recommended Roofglaze to friends and will continue to do so. Thank you Roofglaze and again thank you to Ian.
Wasn’t happy with the first company I approached for my bespoke korniche lantern and found these guys in a google search. Spoke to them first and Tom was very helpful, quickly followed up with an email answering my questions. Placed my order a few days later (as the price was a lot cheaper than other companies) and it arrived, as promised, 9 days later. Breeze to install so saved the builders cost too! The whole process was excellent throughout, great communication keeping me up to date and can highly recommend them
Worst customer service I've had in over 30 years in the building trade and that's saying something, if you have a schedule to keep to then look elsewhere, a farce from start to finish, obviously a few people out of their depth
