It sounds like most people have had awful experiences with them, but I found the man I spoke to , helpful and polite. It was me that held things up, but did end up with a pay out. They did take a third of it, but I was told this at the beginning, so it was up to me to say carry on or not.i would use them again.

I really wouldn’t recommend this company and question there integrity. I had a free ppi check carried out and after this I decided to cancel my claim. Surprise surprise they cannot locate the call to justify this and I’m now left with a bill for 300 for them sending a letter. Looking back I should have e-mailed them which is what I normally do. There fees have changed on 2 separate letters which they stated where was and error and I’m yet to receive there cancellation fee either.
Why have you took my review off Facebook!!! People beware of this company!!!! I’ve had high court bailiffs at my house wanting money from a case that was closed by this company.. They close your case so you then do all the work yourself and then they demand money.. absolutely disgusting company. Please be careful as what they’ve done to my husband is enough to send someone over the edge. I’ve had the high court bailiffs sat outside my home wanting to take my contents. They closed the case so husband did all the work him self. Was harassed by these and then court letter turns up. Husband wrote to court and heart nothing back then high court bailiffs at my door.. absolutely disgraceful.. you should be closed down
Utter Rubbish. Filled in all of the PPI authorisation forms. Sent them off. SF came back asking for new ones. Then they \expired\ and could we fill them in again. Phone calls yielded nothing, staff were not trained and quite aggressive. And despite all of the time and effort and various forms and postal exchanges, they found nothing. They were totally useless!
