Up until last week I was a disgruntled customer of Renault. However Chris.W has restored my faith and redeemed the reputation of Renault on the whole, in my eyes. He went above and beyond to remedy my grievance in a professional and expedient manner. I am very happy with the outcome and would recommend Renault and this branch, for providing a solution to the problem, which in actual fact wasn't created by their branch. Bought a new car from here and it was the best experience and decision we made. We actually live in Kent but this was no problem for the dealership. They arranged the most professional transporter service and when the car arrived it was just as exciting as collecting it at the dealership. We took out an extended warranty and this was much cheaper than direct with Renault. Each time we spoke to Matt or Alex, nothing was too much trouble at all. We would totally recommend buying from Renault Manchester. Wonderful experience and very, very happy with our car. Thank you so much.
