Very efficient, knowledgeable, professional customer service. Very helpful moving the appliance into my car as well. They even recommended an engineer for me and put me in touch. Highly recommend!

Always a super professional service with Baileys. Call out cost reduced also as no solution to fixing our oven (parts no longer available) but full explanation of the issue and useful advice given for any future purchase. Would highly recommend.

Very poor communication between staff members. Phoned up to purchase a washing machine told had to pay by card in shop. Also told to give 20 mins as they were clearing a van of rubbish, so I could get around the back to collect. 25 mins later found the van still there with a guy breaking up pieces of polystyrene look set for a couple of hours. Told him I was here to purchase a machine would I be able to go through back shop. No was the answer go to front, told him we had phoned up and were told to come to the back so it could be loaded. Stomped about a bit and phoned inside shop to get instruction, must havd been told to move van and let me in. Noticed I didn't have a mask and said I would need one, an oversight on my part I had left the house in a bit of a hurry. You can pay over the phone he said, told him I was specifcally told to come down to the shop. You can't come in without a mask was his final answer. His attitude wasnt worthy of my money, you try the best to help local business and they have staff without the ability to be courteous, and maybe try to work out how we could get around the situation of the mask just to make sure the sale could be achieved. So they didn't get the sale went to Currys, same model delivered and fitted only a tenner more. Andy Twigg

This has gone from a 1 to a 3 as the owner rang me back after investigating my incident. He apologised and there was misunderstanding with members of staff. I accept the apology and I apologise for using inappropriate language as I was angry at the time. So I will be using the shop in the future as I do like to support local companies.
