I went online to book an appointment, the only appts were at the walking clinic so went to appt last night, waited about 20 mins which wasn't too bad. Dr told me to phone Barcroft to arrange an X Ray, well I tried phoning to book one and was waiting 46 mins for someone to answer the phone, my conversation lasted about 3 mins, no apologies. for keeping me waiting. Very frustrating when you have to fit these things in when you have to be at work all day.

Nice GP, shame that every time I call to book an appointment I'm on hold for 20/30 minutes with no hope of anyone answering. I have to go into the practice to book an appointment with is really unpractical, to top it off no one is ever at the desk so I can't understand why it takes so long?

Unable to get seen to by own GP nurse or doctor, especially after trip to A&E to ensure my dressing is kept clean. Duty doctor can't see me until Friday.. Seriously? So off to walk in clinic instead.

Hello. Early in November 2019, I had an appointment to see Dr. Hunter. As a consequence of this appointment, a letter was raised to be sent off to Salisbury Hospital. I believe it was sent off on or around the 4th of November. Middle of November I had not received an appoint through the post so I telephoned the hospital, I was told that they had no letter from the Barcroft in respect of an appointment for me. So, off I trot to the Barcroft to raise a query. I was assured a letter had been sent off and another one would be sent. Well, it is now the 2nd of December and I have repeated the above actions again. No letter at the Radiology Dept at Salisbury Hospital, no Barcroft record of a second letter being sent out. I am sorry to say, this is not the first occasion that I have had to chase up an appoint that was not made ( I presume) by the Barcroft, again sorry to say, not really good service. I confirm that my enquiry is not urgent, and it may take up to 2 working days before I receive a reply.
