Excellent as always very knowledgeable staff and device with a smile.
Incredibly poor customer service. Brought the car from the Southampton branch due to the poor service in Salisbury when initially enquiring however for my MOT went to Salisbury due to it being closer. Will not be doing this again, really disappointed however not shocked as I’ve heard similar opinions from multiple different people. - This said however, the lady at reception was lovely, a common theme in many of these reviews.
I visited this garage today. I had a good visit to Audi next door and was escorted to the next door VW showroom. I walked around the smartly lit area once. Twice. Three times. At no time was I engaged or asked by the people in their, who were not with customers, on the phone or computer. I was watched and presumably as I walked out the front door. Never to return. Maybe their business is so good they don’t need new customers? Maybe their showroom has been paid for and don’t want visitors. I had a charming helpful visit to Audi, Toyota and Land Rover, all of whom knew the meaning and importance of customer service.
