No respect for the human rights act or peoples rights at all. They remove the presumption of innocent, a lawful right not a privilege. Locking people in Glass Docks prevents defendants from being able to hear the proceedings properly. It prevents innocent people from having access to their Lawyers during trials and from being able to speak out in their own defence. These Docks are one of the reasons many people who are innocent get found Guilty in our Courts and end up in jails wrongfully convicted! Salisbury Law Courts are causing many people to suffer unfair hearings, a trait that comes with ignoring peoples rights and dictating what will happen to people. These are draconian Courts with staffs still living in the 19th Century and using 19th Century methods to dictate and assume guilt in support of the Courts Partners. Those partners being Wiltshire Police and the CPS.

Went for tribunal hearing, friendly security, friendly clerk, friendly panel, much relieved how professional it all was run, court is very clean and well laid out, have been to a few courts for various reasons over the years and this was best by far, sadly parking sucks directly unless disabled but not hard to find somewhere with a little walk to court.
very modern court building, well ventilated unlike many others I work at.Parking nearby is however not so good. Please contact me if you need McKenzie Friend Support to present your own case at the Salisbury Family Court.
If you are ringing, you will have to listen to a long list of alternate telephone numbers before being asked to make selections. More often than not, you'll then be told their operators are busy and will be cut off. Ludicrous. Get a holding system.
No on site parking (paid or otherwise), just a guy directing you up side roads. I pity the nearby residents..
Nice modern building, friendly staff and good and very reasonable priced cafe
