When open the store is a great place to visit , great value for items , very polite and helpful staff. Stock well presented. Plenty of dressing rooms ( not able to use due to Covid) . Click and collect service is available and you are kept updated by text to say when recived in store. Remember to use your membership card.

We went there this morning shopping after a fairly long journey but no toilets open. Then we get to the till and the woman says self service only she then comes into my space after i have put everything through the till and goes through my buys checking all tags are off ,takes coathangers off and hands me my items. Why pushfor self service if she is already handling everything and within a foot of me. Also a lot older people cannot take the tags off. On each occasion i was told it was Government polices. I shall do online shopping in future not a pleasant chilled ecperience

Feels a bit dusty and needs a hoover but putting domestic duties aside, wow what a shop! It's like everything good from 2002-2009 has been sucked into one very large room. Bargains everywhere! Bikinis for the obese, decent mens sale, baby clothes for chavs who can't afford to have a baby. Proper brits abroad/benidorm vibes. Having seperate entrance and exit doors can be frustrating but the store redeems itself by offering a large car park at the rear. 100% would shop here again. And again. And maybe again.

Got 2 items in the sale for the children. Both items the same. Paid at the till along with other non-sale items. Then realised I was overcharged for the sale items. Went back and discussed it with a different sales assistant. Refused to charge me the original price that I had seen on the label and told me that was the case because the items had different bar codes, despite being identical items. She said I had to look for the same barcode and get them myself again from the shelf. Furthermore, when discussing this, the lady had the audacity to ignore me and joke with her work colleague who was at least 3 tills apart. Very unprofessional. Ended returning the items as clearly, she did not care at all. Not a nice experience for a long-time customer.

Nice place to go for a great selection of food and clothing. I think the best thing about this store for me is that they have a varied selection of sizes for clothing and the low prises, here it is possible to find items in XS which is not easy to find on the high street. Even when they don't have an item in my size they're more than happy to order it in
