Great service in very difficult circumstances at the moment. Quick responses, booked an online appt the night before for an infection, antibiotics sent to the pharmacy by 10am the next morning. Reception staff friendly and helpful when I phoned re a query about my name. Thank you all, clinical and non-clinical for everything you do!

Always excellent service for my husband and I. Helpful receptionists and caring nurses. Recently my phone call was returned quite quickly and a slot found at Millstream to see the doctor at the surgery with my two problems one of which could have been serious. A new Doctor listened and arranged follow up. All Covid precautions were in place and from the first phone call the interview was completed in two hours., amazing.

Millstream medical centre has always been, in my experience, a fantastic service. I was a patient at the surgery even before it was in it's current location and have always received prompt attention and great care. I have two asthmatic sons, who have always been seen as quickly as possible. Highly recommend.

My doctor surgery here and they look after my mental and physical health 100% my meds are sorted quick, dr Jaya is amazing and has a kind hearted nature, always happy to help me as well as the receptionists

I have been with this surgery since it was castle Street, I can honestly say how amazing the GPS here are, they are caring, understanding and Definately do all they can in the best interest of the patient, I didn't have much trust in the NHS or UK Doctors at all untill I came under the care of this Surgery, They are professional and to the point and extreamly patient given the way patients talk to staff at times.
