Ordered on new year's eve, got the confirmation email but never received my order. Never even got a phone call or an email explaining they wouldn't be able to complete my order. Very disappointed.

Used to be very good, a solid 4/5. However the last couple of orders have been poor. Tonight the food arrived cold and poppadoms were stale. Shame as I used to like this takeaway, but won't be returning any time soon if ever. Would be 1 star on based on the last 2 orders, but seeing as I've had good food from here in the past I won't be so harsh. More than capable of providing good food, but the standard appears to have dropped for some reason.
