Pete from Salisbury Aerial Services just solved our poor reception problems. He was efficient and explained what he was doing and why. His charge was fair and having previously paid another TV/Aerial company 200 to solve the same problem, unsuccessfully, I cannot recommend Pete more highly.

The fitters attitude wasn’t the best, not particularly friendly or very helpful. 2 stars given as he did connect wire to the old aerial in the loft feeding it through to the master bedroom and replaced an old aerial socket in the lounge after huffing about the request. However the whole experience wasn’t particularly very pleasant. I certainly wouldn’t recommend or use again. This was a constructive and honest review. I did find you to be very rude, short and unhelpful. FACT! I asked you to change the socket in the lounge as it hasn’t been changed since the 1960’s and tbh I don’t see what the problem was? You got paid more, right? It was the huffing and attitude that made me feel so uncomfortable. It was also the paint you were concerned about not the plaster and what that has to do with anything is beyond me anyway. You clearly just didn’t want to change the old socket. I stand by my previous truthful comments and star rating.
Highly recommend Pete, he wall mounted and setup 3 TV’s in my new build. His work is neat and tidy and provided excellent communication.
Came to my house and fitted an aerial. No complaints at all. Prompt, tidy, polite, good job, and all works perfectly.
I highly recommend Pete. Friendly, chatty and efficient. He responded promptly to emails and the booking was swift. The price to mount 2 TVs was 2/3s of other quotes. He offered advice on the siting of the TVs, cable management and fixings. He tidied up after himself and was thoroughly pleasant thorough out and therefore well deserving of a 5 star rating. I would definitely use him again.
