The member of staff on duty today refused to believe us there was a toy called Bing! In fact he couldn't even be bothered to help us look, "it could be over there". And then went back to staring into space! Customer service fail! Well here you go this is Bing! I'd go to smyths in future.

Delightful experience. I came in today to purchase some Trolls (the movie) toys for my niece’s upcoming birthday. I was warmly welcome by the cashier Fazy, who later on served me. The store was well organised and clean and I found the toys I wanted pretty sharpish. The store also supplies birthday cards and wrapping sheets at reasonable prices, which has sorted me out without having to go to other stores. They even had wrapping sheets with Trolls characters! However, lacked on the variety of cards that did not have an age on the front. Fazy was very polite when I was being served and asked how my day was and made my shopping experience that more delightful - very good customer service skills, and I will defiantly be coming back the next time I’ll be needing to buy toys!
