I had the very good fortune to attend a retreat organised by The Sleep Guru Anandi and it was wonderful. I enjoyed a Sleep Retreat in Italy and funnily enough I though it might involve a few lie-ins and opportunities to relax and read magazines. In fact, it was far more exciting with meditation and yoga sessions and even a gong bath. The other attendees were wonderful and the meals a joy. I cannot recommend Anandi too highly if you are serious about discovering how to breathe properly and sleep well.
