TP’s Chimneys swept our chimney and did an excellent job. They’re very nice people and respectful to your home, took their shoes off (amazing!) and left everywhere very clean and tidy. Helen was very prompt and informative in her communication over text. We will be getting them back next year. Would highly recommend.

Awesome, outstanding service always from these lovely people I have used the continuously for years. Tim’s work is always carried out quickly to the highest standards. I can not recommend TP Chimneys enough. Every year I get a booking reminder text and Helen follows this up with a call. Always polite efficient service. Not a great start. Rang the “office number” which I got from their website expecting to be able to leave a voicemail as it was early evening.... a lady picked up and bluntly told me to ring back in the morning and pretty much hung up on me. Most businesses would have politely taken my details and rang ME back the following day. Very poor. You’ve just lost yourself a serious amount of work and money. I’m no expert but my advice would be to get yourself some advice on customer service!

Excellent service, appointments always kept, nice friendly people nothing is too much bother and house is always left immaculate. Can't recommend highly enough 10/10

Faultless, very professional and knowledgeable. Made every effort to keep the house clean which we were very grateful for and very friendly and reliable. Appreciated the courtesy call the day before the visit to confirm the time.
