The vets were very professional and helpful. They made sure my pet received the care he needed. Working during Covid and maintaining safe procedures for all. Only criticism is that on top of the “after hours” fees, which I was made aware of before visiting. I was also grossly charged for medicines ( I was not made aware of). This I feel should not also incur an “after hours” fee! And as a pet owner, you are left with no other choice but to pay! I could have gotten the same medicines next day for over 80 less in greater quantities too! I point this out because they were not needed until the following morning, when my usual vets could have prescribed them. Thank goodness for insurance.

The staff and service provided were excellent! They were so reassuring and calm and treated my dog as quickly as possible. I couldn’t recommend them enough and feel very grateful that they are available throughout the night! Thank you Vets Now Salisbury x

Excellent vets. Had car crash victim near closing time and stonehenge vets were most professional in caring for dog and sorting night care for him. Glad I changed to this vet practice recently

After a phone consultation and a worrying bit of info Laura the vet asked to see my dog. He ended up having to have a 24hr drip. The staff were fantastic and my dog was treated like royalty. They were helpful with every aspect of the experience.

My 11 week old puppy needed overnight care as she had suspected meningitis and was on a drip and very poorly. She was dropped off early evening and we spoke to the vet on site via a telephone call, (Covid restrictions). She was very helpful and again the following morning when we collected our puppy. However the attitude of the receptionist/vet assistant left a lot to be desired. She came over as uncaring, very officious, only interested in the fee due and when and how it was going to be paid and this was before we had even had a chance to speak with the vet re how our dog was. She had no compassion, didn't offer any sympathy, her only concern was of a financial nature. Whilst I appreciate that restrictions implemented due to Covid are not easy to work within, there is no excuse for not showing a caring attitude towards the animal owners, especially as we were in a position that our lovely puppy may have to be put to sleep later that day. The behaviour of this particular member of staff on duty the morning if Saturday 31st October 2020, gives the impression of a company more interested in profit rather than the welfare of the animals it looks after or the feelings of the owner's . Very poor show!
